Frequently Asked Questions

Q.Does my child need prior dance experience?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, focusing on movement, joy, and therapeutic benefits rather than technical perfection.

Q.What should my child wear to the sessions?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and socks or bare feet are perfect. We want them to be able to move freely and comfortably.

Q.Are parents allowed to join the class?

To help children build independence and focus, we usually encourage parents to wait in our comfortable reception area. However, we do host special parent-child sessions periodically!

A Note for Parents

"Watching your child discover the joy of movement is truly special. Our dance therapy focuses on building their confidence from the inside out. Don't be surprised if they start showing off their new moves at home!"
